Daly Storage Investments is a family-owned business. Our goal is simple – to buy storage properties that can support our family so that we don’t have to go to a “normal 9-5 job.”
We founded Daly Storage Investments as a way to help storage owners sell their unwanted self-storage, and other storage related property.
We are NOT some big Wall Street-backed private equity fund or REIT that is looking to steal your property out from under you for pennies on the dollar. We are quite the opposite – we are looking for win-win situations where we can purchase quality properties from owners who are ready to sell and move on. In many cases, we are actually able to offer more on your property than other buyers because of the systems we have in place for managing storage properties.
Many of the properties we buy are in smaller towns, making them hard to sell through traditional methods. However, we are interested in all types of storage; rural, suburban and even urban city centers… big or small, we will make an offer on almost any storage property, helping you to get the cash you need for other investments.
Daly Storage Investments is based in Rochester, NY. We are currently buying properties throughout the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Florida, too. Our ideal scenario is to purchase properties near friends and family who live up and down the east coast so that when we travel, we can combine business and pleasure! However, we do have an extensive nationwide network of storage investors, and we will partner with them across the country so we will consider buying a property in any location!
